"Changed their stance -"
After having posted my terrible review about customer service with K Swiss, they corrected the issue & made it all right so they do seem to begrudgingly do the right thing if you push them - so kudos to them!

I have worn ONLY K-swiss brand for almost 30 years. I have never had a bad experience with the shoes or the company!
